I noticed a pea size lump in November at the time my obgyn said it was more than likely a cyst and no mammo was done. 5 months later my lump is much larger about 7cm I also have puckering and oddly shape breast. I went and saw my obgyn who did a breast exam and requested a mammo asap! The mammo was completed the same day along with ultrasound. After the ultrasound the radiologist wanted a biopsy done. The mammo and ultrasound was done on a Friday and biopsy done on a Monday. When I went in for my biopsy I asked what my birad score was and it was a 4B and he stated I had a 50% chance of it being malignant. However duringthe biopsy he notices two enlarged lymph nodes and alsotook a biopsy of them. Does this raise my risk of cancer?

If I read that correctly this lump went from less than 1cm to 7cm in 5 months is that correct? The enlarged nodes could be a sign that the breast mass is a cancer but could possibly be unrelated. Can you post the US report? It would be easier for me to tell if I could read the description of the findings.
