kaufmanscsl. I had the y90 almost a year ago. I think I only felt bad. For about a week and I was good by two weeks. And it was effective for my liver mets, no uptake in PET scan., I hope you start feeling better soon. 💞

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I also may have malignant lymph nodes that could be pressing on some GI nerves causing these problems. I am now on Kadcyla so perhaps that's causing the problem....

K I've heard of ladies that have felt bad much longer than I did. Then, Babs had hers and went to work 3 days later. There is another thread. It reads liver mets, local treatment, sbrt, y 90 , resection anything else? We've all posted on there a lot.

I've never been on Kadcyla. What other meds have you had? I'm on Ibrance Femarafor over a year. I have mets to lung, chest and liver. Where are yours besides liver?

Hi Grannax2. Thanks for the link. I0 years ago I had bone mets. It returned only to liver 1.5 years ago. Mets basically disappeared with Herceptin, Perjeta and Taxotere and Faslodex.  One met grew slightly in January which prompted the Y90. I was going to stay on the H, P, and T indefinitely, but then they noticed these lymph nodes. I am just exhausted and my GI system is all messed up. I have trouble eating various things (high fat, spicy, fibrous veggies). I am working and functional, but just don't feel good. I can't figure out what is causing all of this. I am going to see GI doc in a week so hopefully he will have some ideas. I am also hoping that once the Kadcyla kicks in the lymph nodes will shrink and that might cause some relief.
