TNBC in elderly with other medical issues

My mom was recently diagnosed with TNBC. Had lumpectomy (1.2 cm) and is weighing treatment options. She is OK with the idea of radiation but doesn't want to get chemo (which is being recommended by the onc) bc of her other medical issues (cardiac myopathy and diabetes). Has anyone had experience with chemo complications in the elderly with other med issues?
