Pink, bumpy patch on left breast

this is blurry because it's up close but I noticed it last week after my shower. At the time, it was just a pink spot. It wasn't evelated or bumpy, however now it's both. I saw something about "orange peel skin" and it does feel rough, hard and thick. It wasn't tender a week ago but now it is. I don't think it's cancer because I am 17 and cancer doesn't run in my family, but what are your opinions? The bump is 2 by 1.5cm and it's 1.5 cm from my nipple.
