Pathology for Pagets Disease

Hi..I had Stage 1 with Pagets of the breast. While doing your mastectomy does the surgeon check your nodes in your chest area as well? I heard Pagets can go there first via blood? Is this common. Your centinode is a check for your auxilliary nodes. What about the other nodes?
