I'm seeing recommendations for these on amazon.com but they don't ship to Cda. The ones I've found on amazon.ca are way overpriced.

anyone found a cheaper source in Canada before I reach out to my friends with po boxes across the border?

Just saw your post so this may be a bit late for you but helpful for others. Cheap solution: My hospital used clear plastic bags filled with ice cubes or crushed ice and knotted at the top to place on top of toes. To save fingernails they had me put my finger tips in one of those little kidney shaped trays filled with ice. The chemo clinic usually has an ice machine so you could take plastic zip lock bags and ask them to fill it for you if they don't already do this.

Another tip: Suck on an ice cube when the chemo is infusing to help prevent mouth sores. Also during your chemo cycles, rinse mouth with a baking soda/water solution several times each day (this is what the chemo nurse told me). So you could take a 500 ml water bottle and add baking soda to it. I can't remember how much baking soda (maybe a tablespoon ???). Shake well before using. Make it up fresh each day. Easy to take along with you if you are working.
