Breast lesion follow up

Hello lovely people, I recently had an ultrasound due to breast/axilla pain and swollen lymph nodes (all left sided). The ultrasound showed a suspicious lesion (8x6x2mm hypoechoic and very irregular shape) and reactive enlarged lymph nodes, so I was referred for a mammo (the mammo didn't show much - I am 35, have super dense breast tissue, and implants). The sonographer said the lesion was "very suspicious" in her opinion, and would recommend a biopsy in her report. However my doctor said "it's just a fat lobule", and declined a biopsy. I am not sure that this satisfies me. Do I seek a 2nd opinion? TIA
