Anyone have problems with your peroid being late?

I have a lumpectomy done 2/19/18. On 2/9/18 I have my peroid. And now it's late. My tubes where tide back in September of 2011. So I'm kinda sure I'm not pregnant. Can the lumpectomy cause your peroid tobe delayed?

I'm not sure if a lumpectomy can but stress definitely can.
