When to start and AI following chemo

How soon did most of you start taking letrozole following chemo? My MO was very vague and just said to start taking it as soon as I felt better from the effects of chemo. Thanks.

    My MO recommended a 30 day break after chemo for the start of letrozole. Many people feel markedly better at about the six week point post-chemo, and I did not find that starting letrozole interfered with that - I definitely had that experience even though I was continuing with Herceptin also. Depending on whether rads follows chemo (did not for me), some have not started until the conclusion of rads.
