Complex fibroadenoma and pain after core biopsy

Hi,

In February 2017 I began taking the contraceptive pill which caused me to have extremely sore breasts 24/7. I finally went to the doctor in September to have them checked and after an ultrasound, they found a lump in each breast. I stopped taking the pill and I ended up having a core biopsy done on each and they turned out to be fibroadenomas. Since the core biopsy though my left breast has been so sore - much worse than when I was taking the pill. The lump in my left breast is also a complex fibroadenoma.

The reason I am concerned is that my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 42 (I am now 29). She had a mastectomy and just recently had genetic testing whereby she has a mutation of the BRCA2 gene. I am waiting to have my genetic testing done.

I guess my question is has anyone experienced severe pain months after a core biopsy
