Aromasin and Teeth sensitivity

I started Aromasin Feb 17, 2018 and in two weeks, I have developed front teeth sensitivity - almost as if they're cold.  I'll be contacting my dentist but has anyone else experienced this?  It doesn't hurt to chew or bite - it's just an ache that only goes away overnight.

Any chance you have a sinus infection? I went to the dentist once with a similar pain and when he tipped me back in the chair the pain went away. That's when we figured out that the fluid in my sinuses stopped pressing on my tooth nerves when I was leaning back. I hope you get to the bottom of it!
