Mitotic rate

Hi all, I just finished all treatment on Feb 22nd.i have had so many conflivting answers from my drs regarding the size of my tumor.i had chemo before surgery.My surgeon said 4 cm.my oncologist said 5 cm.and my radiologist said 8 cm?? I just recently found out about the 8cm size and not one of the drs can give me a straight answer on the size. On my initial core biopsy the surgeon took about ten pieces of tissue from area of concern.My mitotic rate was 1.My question is large tumor,low mitotic rate her+ hormone negative.6 on Nottingham score grade 2.and now told 8cm tumor by radiologist oncologist?? i had a complete response to chemo notjing found but a tiny speck of dcis.How could I have a low mitotic with a "very large aggessive tumor"? And a six on the Nottingham score?which is 1 or above slow growing.im hoping for some insight cause it just doesnt make sense. And my Drs cannot give me any unfortunately.Thanks
