Some redness in left breast

Hello,

I am 24 years old and last Friday I noticed a small pimple in my left breast. The pimple went away and its in place there was a reddish area on my breast. On Monday I went to my primary health physician and had it examined.By then it was mostly pink. She told me that it looked like an irritation, and she said that she has seen Inflammatory Breast Cancer before and this looked nothing like it. She gave me an ointment to use and told me to keep and eye one it. I am however seeing a surgeon on Tuesday, because now I have some pain in my breast and arm. I was just wondering, what kind of diagnosis should I ask for. What is the best way to know if it is IBC?
