I received a copy of my pathology report today. It shows I am ER-/PR-, HER-2+. My Ki67 is at 75%. Tumor score 7/9, Tumor grade - moderately differentiated. It also says: Treatment implications: Worse natural history, quite sensitive to anti-HER-2 rx. More likely to respond anthracyclines.

My mammogram findings: There are scattered areas of fibroglandular density in both breasts. A focal asymmetry is present in the right breast at the 10:00 position 6-7 cm from the nipple. Benign calcifications are present in both breasts.

My ultrasound read: Targeted ultrasound of the right breast at the 10:00 position 6 to 7 cm from the nipple demonstrates a related mass with irregular borders measuring 1.0 x 0.8 cm. A satellite mass at the 9:00 position demonstrates a more circular morphology and measures 0.7 x 0.6 cm. Targeted ultrasound of the right axilla demonstrates large hypoechoic mass with hypervascularity measuring up to 5.0 x 2.6 x 4.6 cm.

Anyone have similar situation? I meet with a specialist soon...the waiting is so hard. I have read that with my er/pr- situation I wont be put on any hormonal treatment. And that chemo seems to be what will happen.
