Radiation to under arm?

Has anyone had radiation to their underarm/snb scar area just because it's breast tissue, even though no positive lymph nodes. It wasn't targeted to the lymph node area. I wonder about this as I still have a seroma and what does it do to the existing lymph nodes that are ok? I will have to ask about this.
