Rib pain

I am 7 years out from radiation and have been having pain in the rib area under my right (surgery side) breast. Is it possible for the radiation I received to be causing this? I mentioned this to my onc a couple of years ago and she ordered a CT which was negative. Mammoshave been clean also since treatment. It almost feels like a something catches on something else. The area is right where the lower band of my bra sits if that helps. Any thoughts?
