Zoladex

I'm premenopausal so my oncologist has me on Zoladex (similar to Lupron). I've been having shots for 4.5 months, and getting blood tests, waiting to be told I'm menopausal so I can switch from Tamoxifen to Exemastane. Onc said today that while my estradiol levels are good and low, my FSH is also low still. So, more waiting. But, when I google about Zoladex and FSH, it looks like FSH is supposed to stay low. I don't understand why my oncologist is saying my levels should be rising. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks so much.
