spotting and back pain

So I had the flu a few weeks back and my back has been bothering me since. Have been really worried, my MO is out of the office until Monday. Well yesterday I started spotting, I haven't had a period since chemo, on tamoxifen. My back pain is a lot like the pain I would get right before a period. It doesn't seem like I am going to get a full period though. Anyone else have this experience??
