Lump, tube shaped lump and let down reflex

Hi all,

I am writing here as like most of the women worrying about a lump I cannot find any answers on the internet. My story starts a few months ago when I started to get the let down reflex in my right breast. My breast would go hard and would settle after a few hours. I went to my dr who said cyclic and not to worry. Last month I had a horrible stabbing pain under my right collar bone, the pain went directly into my breast. When I checked my breast where the pain was I. Found a hard tube like lump, about 2-3 cams long and about 5 mum in diameter. I went to dr who said it i cyclic and to come back if not gone in a week. I left it 3 weeks and went back last week. Dr felt it and doesn’t know what it is. She also found a hard pea sized lump. She has refered me to then breast clinic under the 2 week rule. I have pain in my breast and pain almost constantly under to my arm. I have no other visual breast changes. I am 34 With 3 kids. I have breast fed all of them (not recently). I have family history of breast cancer but saw geneticist who said I was at no higher risk as my immediate family doesn't have it. I am really worrying. My app is next Tuesday (27). Can anyone shed any light on my situation? Many thanks.

I should also add that most people who had benign results on here do not check back, so most people still here who had similar symptoms ended up with cancer. So do not be surprised if you get responses from women with symptoms who had cancer; it does not mean yours is more likely to end up that way. So many possibilities. So glad you know your body and are getting it checked
