breast thickening and numb itchy spots. Freaking out!!!

I have been diagnosed with fibrocystic dense breast tissue. At 26 I had a biopsy on my right breast that left a 1 inch scar. Through the past 8 years I have really bad anxiety about cancer and deal with lumps and bumps off and on. I am currently pregnant and my doc mentioned my really lumpy breast tissue in my upper right breast. Now I am freaking out. It is numb where the scar is but also gets really itchy. I will mention it at my next appointment but in the meantime, has anyone dealt with breast scars and lumpy itchy breast tissue around the scar site?
