Large lump

Hi everyone. I've just been browsing to see if anyone had the same as me but can't find anything so thought I would post my own thread. I've had a few ultrasounds on both breasts over the years for pea sized lumps which turned out to be just fatty lumps. I was diagnosed with PsA last year and ever since my health has taken a nose dive.

The last few months my breasts have been tender (like when pregnant) when my kids cuddle me it hurts especially my right side so I did a self exam last week and found a very large flat lump. It has a smaller soft long oval Shape palpable lump over the top and I can feel 'ridges' around the sides. It is only sore if it' pressed and I've been itching on my right side. I have to remove my bra at home as it causes me discomfort and chest pain. I have no idea how long the lump has been there the last time I checked I'm ashamed to say was probably around the time of my last scan 2 years ago.

I went to the doctors today and have an appointment for an ultrasound on the 5th March. I know they will not offer me a mammogram due to my age (34). The lump is bigger than a 50 pence piece but the doctor seems to think it is moveable. The waiting is horrible, I'm only concerned with the size of it. I have a history of 4 abnormal smears (3 had treatment) and I have the hpv strain for cancer (don't know if it' connected with all cancer or just cervical)
