Para-aortic lymph nodes

on my CT scan it said subcentimeter para-aortic lymph nodes (.5cm). Everything I’ve read is in mm when measuring the nodes. Not sure to be concerned or not. Also dealing with ill-defined sclerotic lesion on the posterior acetabulum. I got the scans for staging and now more stressed and concerned then ever.

Strictly speaking subcentimeter is less than 10 mm and if I am reading your post right, yours are in the 5mm or maybe less range? So good news. Sclerosis of the acetabulum (hip joint basically) is basically wear and tear or arthritis. It doesn't seem very alarming but I understand how anything new or out of the blue can set off alarm bells. I have lots of sclerotic lesions and started getting them when young.
