Palpable Lymph Node in Left Breast and Shrinking Breast

Hi all, I am a mother of three small children my youngest being 5 months. When I was pregnant I noticed my left breast stayed the same while my right breast got bigger. I’m breastfeeding on both sides. Time went by and I started to worry about this issue so went to the doctors on friday. She felt a palpable lymph node on the breast I ann i am getting ultrasound and mamm Friday. Anyone have a similar similar exp
