Arm pain 1.5 yrs after Lumpectomy SNB

I have been having arm pain from my shoulder to my hand, with tingling on my surgical side to varying degrees since my surgery. It seems to be getting worse and subsiding less. Any thought on if this is related to my surgery and SNB ( 2 clear nodes removed), and any tips on what to do about it?
