Anyone know if this is safe for treatment if anxity

I have extreme anxiety that just keeps on constantly except when I sleep. I wonder if anyone tried these supplements, I am estrogen positive. Thank you for your input.

    Any other ideas for anxiety appreciated. Thinking about electric shock treatment but not sure if it would help. Getting desperate. Also thinking about lobectomy, not really but it's hard to live with anxiety. Thank you💖🐩💚

    I have anxiety too (generalized anxiety disorder). Do you have a good therapist? I find that to really help.
