Educate me - bone mets - what’s the current research?

Diagnosed TNBC April 2016, did the dose dense AC X 4 and taxol x 12. Mastectomy and thought I had put this behind me. I’m 37 so pre menopausal; chemo put me in chemopause with my first period Oct 2017. Not sure the return of this corresponded with the return of the cancer.

I was wrong. Bone scan shows hot spot in rib, waiting for final CT confirmation.

Educate me. What are the options, what do I need to consider before I move forward with treatment. What does my onco need to tell me? What are the options - Xeloda?

Kicking myself for being talked out of adding platinum products to the first round of chemo. Feels like the denial to do so signed my death warrant.
