I was just diagnosed with Triple negative breast cancer after finding a small lump in my right breast. I am 35 years old, no risk factors. My world has been turned upside down. My sons are 12 and 11. I recently graduated from grad school and practicing as a Nurse Practitioner. Life was supposed to calm down and now I have the biggest fight ahead of me. I still have many unanswered questions. Hoping that once I meet with my medical team and have More testingand answers. Please pray for me and my family.

    Jcoll4:

I'm so sorry about your diagnosis. But glad you found us.

I also have a young son (10) and can tell you that he was my most vulnerable spot during those initial, somewhat scary, days. I promise you that it gets better once you have a treatment plan in place. Really, it does.

Don't be afraid to ask about anxiety medication if you need it. It may help you sleep, too.

Come here and ask all the questions you need answers to. Someone will step in and try to assist. You're not alone.

You are in the worst part of this "journey" right now. So many what ifs and unanswered questions. The fear and anxiety are so overwhelming at times you're not sure how you'll get through it. You will feel more grounded after you get all the info and get a treatment plan. I promise.

Hang in there. Praying is powerful. I'll include you in mine tonight
