Hard lump on Breast bone

I have found a small round, hard lump that doesn’t float. It’s attached to my Breast bone in cleavage area. Has anyone heard of this

    I have noticed the same thing (since my surgery in May) - I'm going to ask my doctor about it. I'm not sure if it was always there and I didn't notice it, or if this is something new.
