I find a faint breast dimple when I’m not even raised my arms

I am really worried about this issue...

I find out that on my left breast, there is a faint dimple when i don't raise my arm. But when my arms raise, there is nothing, I can see nothing.

Can I ask for some information about that ..

If it is new, any change should be reported to your primary care doctor. It is more likely fine, but should be investigated since cancer does present as changes other than a lump.
