Please know you’re not alone. I’m recently diagnosed with TNBC. After a mastectomy and reconstruction at that. I take klonopin and buspar for anxiety. They help a lot and work well together.

    Sending hugs

    Hi,

You will get through this. My sister was stage 3 out of the gate with Inflammatory Breast Cancer at age 48. My youngest niece had depression/anxiety already and of course this was added to the mix. My sister sought out therapy for my niece and that helped tremendously.

My sister is now 9 years NED. She has seen her eldest daughter, get married and have her first child, my sisters first grandchild. My youngest niece has graduated college and is out in the world. You will get out on the other side. You will continue to give your children the love and guidance they need during it. Maybe some days a little more tired..maybe you will be one who it will have minimal impact on how they physically feel.

    Hugs.

What you are feeling is very normal but still very painful. Get some meds. They work. They help you get through the worst of it. I took ativan. Eventually citalopram with ativan and after three weeks, just citalopram. Fears come into your brain and burst like bubbles, to dissipate and disappear. (((HUGS))))
