Still Waiting for Biopsy results from lumpectomy

I spoke with nursing staff at the surgeon's office, the test results are still not in?? It's been 7 working days.

Anyways, I was told the tumor was 5 mm however this report from the initial biopsy makes it seem like it's a lot larger 1.5 X 1.5 X 1 cm. Or am I just getting worried over nothing?

GROSS DESCRIPTION

A. Received in formalin, labeled with the patient's name and medical record number,
and designated as "left breast 4 to 5 o'clock 5mm mass,
" are eleven cylindrical and
multiple oval shaped pink-tan-brown and yellow cylindrical to irregularly shaped
soft tissue fragments. The cylindrical fragments range in size from 1.7 cm in length
x 0.3 cm in diameter to 0.6 cm in length x 0.2 cm in diameter. The specimen is
entirely submitted in cassette(s) A1 through A4. The multiple irregularly shaped
fragments aggregately measure 1.5 x 1.5 x 1 cm. The fragments are entirely submitted
in cassette(s) 17:SP22542 A5.
