Update on breast, constant breast ache...

Hi all, I posted awhile back about a lump in my breast.

Here is a timeline.

November 2017 - did a full health screening, breast US results indicate an isoechoic solid lump in left breast.

January 2018 - developed pain in left breast, radiating to arm. Got so bad, I went to the emergency and was warded to rule out heart attack.

Early Jan 2018 - i had 2 follow ups, one with the hospital I was warded in. The other is with a private clinic i called up myself for follow up.

Both follow-ups did breast US again.

Both had the same results - benign cyst on left breast, also found a benign lump on right breast. Both said to followup in 6months. I dont know how the solid lump is now reported to be a cyst??

Breast specialist told me to wait for my period and see if pain still persists. My period came in Mid Jan, and I indeed felt better. However, 2 days after my period ended, the pain returned and is now a constant..i'm going wait for my next period and see if same thing happens.

My question is - is it possible to have one sided breast pain on most days except during the period itself? That means i'm only free from pain for abt a week each month. Should i be requesting for more tests?

Im in Singapore btw, so the medical processes to get a scan etc may be a bit different.
