Itching and burning after breast implant

It has been 13 months since mastectomy with and expander. I itched and burned under breast and on stomach and back. I just had the implant put in and still itching and burning. I have seen a dermatologist, neurologist and allergy person. Not sure if it is a nerve issue, skin being stretched or just not meant to have implants. Has anyone had this before?
