Ok, this is Julie, I sent you a message because I couldn't post, but now I have it figured out.

I'm checking these alternative treatments euromed and issels (put those in the search bar, this blog won't let me put a link) and I also signed up for a clinical trial which has a drug that looks promising Pertuzumab, Trastuzumab and Nab-Paclitaxel for patients like me with Stage 2 ductal carcinoma HER2+

I have read that having traditional treatments first and then trying alternative does significantly lower there effectivness. I am still doing my research on alternative treatments and will make my decision this week. I am forgoing my first chemo treatment tomorrow despite what some of my family thinks, my body my life and I need more time.

The clinical trial I found is call Phase II Prospective Open Label Study of Pertuzumab, Trastuzumab, and Nab-Paclitaxel in Patients with HER-2 Positive Advanced Breast Cancer.

I found this at Clinical Connection, just google that and you can find a lot of trials. Also, you can check Stanford University for ongoing trials.

    First of all,

I understand that you made up your mind about alternative medicine and such, but be vary that it is not clinical trial and most of 'em are not support by insurance. Consult your doctor and do research about your type of cancer before hand, some cancer are treatable via conservative OG medicine.

However, If alternative medicine choice is yours, then I'll gave you the idea of integrative treatment. Basically, a mixture of holistic and complementary medicine. It's also depend on your cases, but it'd be a solution for me if my loved one got to the point that conservative medicine ain't helpful anymore. I read my stuff at veritalife.com, it's based in Thailand if you want to reach em.

I have read about avoiding surgery through freezing, called cryoablation and there is a study going on in the US, for women over 60 with single tumor. I did not meet the criteria. Sounds interesting and a lot less damaging. Interesting to see if it actually works

You may want to check Williams Cancer Institute (Dr. Jason Williams).

I had cryoablation with immunotherapy in April 2018. It's too early to determine if it was 100% successful for me but I have spoken to one of his patients who shows no sign of breastcancer with treatment 5 + years ago

    ***Update

April 2019, biopsies determined no evidence of cancer!!!!
