After chemotherapy CA Marker keep on rising to as hihger as 1700

My wife having Estrogen and Progesteron Positif breast Cancer and Masectomy in 2015. Chemo and radiotherapy completed in 2016 dan taking Aromasin oral. By Jan 2017, blood test shown that CA Marker was rising to 800 level Vs 30 earlier then it was relaps in Hepar base on PET Scan report and chemotherapy also taken for 6 times. However after Chemotherapy Tumor Marker rising to 1700 level ? Why it was increase ? and next week doctors ask for Torax, Abdomen and Pelvis Scan. Regards Irwan, JKT Indonesia.
