DIEP Flap reconstruction in Maryland

I recently found out that I have the BRCA 2 mutation and since this is my second diagnosis with breast cancer in 3 years, I have decided to have a double mastectomy. I was hoping someone had a recommendation, or warning, about plastic surgeons in Maryland that are capable of doing DEIP Flap reconstruction surgery. I found one nearby that specializes in hand plastic surgery and the DEIP procedure, but looking at his reviews on line, I am a little concerned.
