Woke up to Breast pain and lump

Hi, I am new to this site. I am 36 years old. My dad suddenly passed away 3 weeks ago from cardiac arrest in his sleep. The last 3 weeks have been a complete nightmare. His funeral was last week and I nearly fainted. Fast forward to 2 days ago, i woke up at 4am with my left Breast feeling weird, i got up and started to exam my Breast and i felt a lump left of my nipple and it hurt very bad. My entire left breast started to hurt, pain shooting down my arm, back and neck. I went to my gyno at 10am. She did The breast exam and said it is most likely a fibroadenoma or fibrocystic. I am now scheduled To do an ultrasound And Mammogram tomorrow. I Still have pain in my left breast. Can this all be from stress? I'm so Lost
