Nipple reconstruction

hi there I'm having nipple reconstruction on Thursday, can anyone give me advise on after care how long is the recovery can I wear a bra I assume not, I'm just trying to prepare and I don't want anything to go wrong with this any advise welcome I don't know what technique or anything like that I just know in 48 hours I'll have a nipple, I'm very excited I just hope it looks ok
