I don't fit in any category :/ Fibrocystic maybe?

Ok, I don't really fit in any category of what I've read so here goes lol. I had issues in my teens with fibrocystic breast complications and had cysts that would come and go with my cycle. I lost one of my ovaries in my early 20's and the cysts stopped then. I lost the other ovary and had a hysterectomy 7 years ago. About 3 months ago I started having really sharp, shooting pains in my breasts and then realized that one was leaky. So off to the doc and a mammogram later, I had a stereotactic biopsy last week for some densities that were asymmetrical in te leaky breast. I haven't had my follow-up yet but the nurse did tell me today that the pathology didn't show malignancy. So I'm assuming it's fibrocystic issues.
Everything I've read has said that it would be related to or worsened by things that don't apply:
I don't have cycles obviously.
No ovaries, no hormone replacement therapy.
Very limited caffeine/chocolate/carbs.
I'm 32 but again, menopause for 7 years.

I know I'll talk to the doc on Friday but he acted as if the pain I've been dealing with was normal, and it is NOT but I don't have the money, time, or insurance to find a new one.
Anyone with a similar experience? Treatment options? Insight?

Thanks in advance!
