    My mother was operated for carinoma breast underwent mrm

    Post operative biopsy came as metaplastic breast cancer squamous cell carcinoma

    Er negative

    PR moderate positive

    Her 2 NEU negative

    Ki 67 20 percent

    All margins clear of tumor

    Axillary node negative for tumor

    Age 72

    Kindly say about adjuvant therapy
