Worried! Has anyone had the same symptoms?

hi I'm 38 mother of 3 teenagers. My symptoms started a week ago and have continued to get worse. I haven't been to the doctor yet because I was hoping it would go away on its own. My left breast is swollen, my chest into my collar bone is swollen, swelling under arm and maybe some in my shoulder and shoulder blade area. My swelling in chest is so much my husband noticed and commented. I have pain in my shoulder that goes down my arm, collar bone area, nipple pain and when I try and lay my arm by my side. Anyone have any ideas? This is new for me. I've had swollen nodes under arm in past but not like this. I've had microcalcifications removed from this breast that were usual hyperplasia which they told me increases my risk, also I have a complex fibro something that increases my risk of cancer in future. I had my yearly mammogram in July which was fine so not sure what to think. Had a breast mri in 2016 which was okay. I have had a axial lady lymphnode removed from the right side back in 2007 but that side doesn't have swelling at all. Anyone have any ideas? I can barely stand to move my arm the pain is so bad, I'm going to try and get in to see my pcp next week but not sure what he can do at such a small clinic.

Have you ever had this problem and what was the results? Thanks please respond.

Hi Boyd. I have not experienced that myself so am simply replying to offer sympathy. I think you should see the PCP or an OB/GYN, whoever can see you first. It may be benign fibroids pressing on a nerve since you say you've received that diagnosis in the past. But you should get it checked out right away.
