Do I have breast cancer?

I'm 18 and morbidly obese, I don't have diabetes or any other sickness. I've had cyst under my armpits for like 2 years on and off under both , Like they come whenever and leave after a few days. its probably been longer than 2 years but they're common is what I'm saying. I assumed it was my deodorant. I've also had cyst in my vagina. Anyway Yesterday I felt a sharp pain in my breast so I looked it up and when I pressed my nipple I had a clear discharge come out. This is only affecting my left boob my right has no symptoms. Like I said I'm overweight so my breast are huge so finding lumps would be hard but I don't feel anything that I haven't felt before. Please tell me what to do or what this could be I'm so worried that I'm crying. I don't have insurance so I have no idea how I'll do this. Should I go to the emergency room or a gynecologist? Please help

First, do NOT go to the ER. Although this feels like an emotional emergency it is not a medical emergency. Breast cancer is effectively non-existant at your age. Breasts can have all kinds of wonky lumps. Discharge isnt "normal", but it is fairly common. Clear discharge is not generally an indication of cancer. If you have a GYN, I'd suggest you start there.
