HRT... Any metsters tried it?

Started HRT... I have Stage IV... Has anyone else with metastatic cancer taken this risk?
My hotflushes are so severe I felt like I had no choice!
Over the last 2 years I have already tried all SSRI's, blood pressure meds, acupuncture, acu-studs, acupuncture with electrode stimulation, CBT as well as already living mindfully through meditation, yoga and Qigong. I was going to stop treatment until a specialist suggest HRT as an alternative.
I would really value any comments on this, good or otherwise.
