    Hi, Jocelynb. Welcome to BCO.

Are they both medical oncologists? Are they in the same practice, or is one a second opinion somewhere else? Has either brought your case to their tumor board for a recommendation?

Either should be fine, consider side effects and timing of side effects in discussion

I had Adria and Cytoxan first and those side effects included more intense fatigue that Taxol and Carbo

I think carboplatin is better if your BRCA positive. That's what my oncologist said. Since I tested negative we did not use carboplatin. Good luck to you.

I had Carboplatin with triple negative. As far as which you should have first, I have no idea if it makes any difference or not. I had a lumpectomy, A.C.(4), and then Taxol and Carboplatin (12). Due to my counts, Carboplatin had to be reduced and then eliminated after 9 treatments
