Fibrocystic breasts

Hello,I d idnt know where else to post so I thought I'd do it here. I'm 33 years old,and was told I have fibrocystic breasts,more pronounced in my right breast,which I have felt for some time. My question is, how do you deal with the changes,like pain etc that happens throughout the month. I had an US done in December because I felt a lump. But all came back clear. I was told to get a mammogram at 34, so is a 3d better for me because of my age and the fibrocystic breasts?...All input would be greatly appreciated.
