Experience with TDAP reconstruction after lumpectomy?

I am node-negative, triple positive and need a third excision post-chemo for DCIS in the margin. my breast is already smaller and no longer symmetrical, and after a third excision will be even more so. i have been debating whether to just have a mastectomy instead. New PS just recommended a TDAP to restore symmetry in my breast and also with my other breast. Has anyone done this?
