Biopsy after yearly follow up mammo

I was diagnosed in Jan 2016 with TNBC, stage 2b. Had chemo, lumpectomy, 33 rads,6 mos of xeloda. Felt so hopeful. On Friday I had my yearly mammo. Calcifications that were not there last year. Scheduled for a stereotactic biopsy on Tuesday. Was pissed at first, now just terrified and of course, have been all over the internet. I feel like my life is over and have been alternately crying and drinking wine all weekend. Has anyone else had to have a biopsy after follow up mammo? Please help to talk me down off the ledg
