Infection or LE?

can anyone tell me symptoms of infection in breast implants? I have soreness and swelling on top of breast (which I always had but is sore, with pins needless and numbness down effected side. I have shoveled snow but also had a root canal 10 days ago. Was on z pak antibiotics following. No redness not hot no fever. Thank yo

You might have better luck asking on the Breast Reconstruction forum; most of the women who regularly read this section don't have implants as this is the forum for women who opted not to have reconstruction.
