Lump after dye injections for sentinel node biopsy

New here, with a concern I can't find on any threads. 12/28 diagnosed with IDC, Stage 1c, Grade 3. TN. Large amt of tissue removed during lumpectomy 1/4/18. Am awaiting next steps for 'whatever' comes next.

My concern: I had 4 injections around my areola day of surgery. Pain was horrible, but another story. Sentinel node +7 others were all negative. I now have a lump of hardened tissue on upper edge of areola. This is new, no pain. Could it be because of the needle injections....or another cancer site? I was told margins were clear - but a couple 'close'.

Has anyone ever developed a lump in your breast tissue following injections from the radioactive dye? Concerned.
