Breast MRI results

I feel like I'm clogging the forum with my posts, and I apologize. I'm just so anxious to get moving on my treatment. I've posted my PET scan results in another thread, and I'm still waiting on my echo report. Thankfully, my brain MRI came out clear. I got my port today and start chemo Wednesday. I've copied and pasted my breast MRI results below. Any thoughts?

"FINDINGS: Both breasts demonstrate scattered fibroglandular composition. Within the left breast upper outer quadrant centered at A-B zone, there is a heterogeneously enhancing malignant-appearing mass lesion. There is significant angiogenesis, hyperemia and adjacent infiltration of this mass lesion, and the exact size of the primary mass is difficult to measure, but it is estimated to be about 5 cm in size. There is likely tumor infiltration to the skin, areola, and possibly the nipple. There is likely tumor infiltration to the upper inner quadrant of the breast as well. No definite chest wall abnormality. Prominent left subpectoral lymph node best seen on image 71 series 7 measures 11 mm, concerning for node metastasis

There is no definite dominant enhancing mass, non-mass-like enhancement or other abnormality seen within the right breast to suggest malignancy at this time.

IMPRESSION:

1. Left breast malignancy identified with significant angiogenesis, and the malignancy is centered at

upper outer quadrant. However, likely there is tumor infiltration to the skin, areola, and possibly to the

nipple as well as to the upper inner quadrant of the left breast. There is likely left subpectoral nodal

metastasis as well.

2. No suspicious findings seen within the right breast."
